Getting closer
As any Utricularia fan will tell you, studying this genus is not an armchair sport.
You have to get up close. You gotta get wet. And since this was a freshwater environment, I was at home.
There's Randy in the background, dry, laughing and laughing and laughing. Beth is photographing from a kayak. I'm
the only one wet. (Actually, Beth joined me shortly.)
