I was in pig heaven:
Pinguicula pumila is a darling little plant. The petal lobes of this species range from deep purple to white, and even yellow. The petals of these plants were variations of white with purple shadings.

These were fairly large for P. pumila, but recall this is a small plant--the rosettes are only a bit more than 5 cm (2 inches) across.

I spent about 30 minutes diddling around this plant because it was just so great photographing and enjoying it. There were not many plants, so we took advantage of what we found.
