But since you are not here to see legumes, I'll bring you back to the comforting view of these Drosera stolonifera plants. And if you want more, you can look at these, too.

I clambered up the slope to find Beth proudly playing with a small newt friend. Nearby were several Drosera rosulata plants that were pretty ugly and damaged from the rains. Other carnivorous plants were present, including familiar climbing sundew species, but none compelled me to photograph them.

After a few moments of birding, we visited our next site, only 1.5 km away by photon, but much farther by way of our wandering roads.
