A private site:
The U. purpurea site was new to Michael, so in to reciprocate he took me and
Mike to two sites that neither of us knew about.
The first site (above) was a particularly nice treat, since it was on private land that was posted to keep out trespassers.
Michael had over time developed a good relationship with the owners; not only did he have permission to visit the site, he
had keys to the gates!
