Q: Field trip report: Southern Florida in 2003


A: In part to satisfy the requests for field information, and in part to show off some photos, I have prepared this field trip report to describe a trip I took to see plants and wildlife in south peninsular Florida. I spent about four days exploring the Everglades and Big Cypress areas, mostly looking at birds and plants. But of course, I was keeping my eyes open for carnivorous plants and was not disappointed.
